Welcome to my first blog!

Welcome to my first blog on Tesla Model 3 Highland Modifications!

This is a DIY blog on Tesla Model 3 Highland modifications. The aim is to buy your own accessories and install on your own without having to visit a car work shop. Note that some of the modifications do require some kind of skills and experiences on DIY stuffs especially on cars and I would try my best to share as many pointers and pitfalls that you may encountered.

With further ado, let's start the drum rolling....!

Introducing my Tesla Model 3 Highland RWD version

One glance and you can tell that the aero wheels covers on the rim is not the standard "Photon" aero wheels! Yes, they are the inspired version of the Model S "Tempest" aero wheels cover.

Here is a close up view of the "Tempest" wheel covers:

To install the aero wheel covers, simply use both of your hands and grab on the cover and pull it out with a bit of strength.

To put back, match the air intake valve before pushing the wheel cover back to the rim. Note that the inspired version is bit harder to pull it out and you would need to add padding (as supplied by seller) around the rim to reduce noise. With the wheel covers, it would help your Tesla to increase overall efficiency by a few more percentage and thus I do recommend putting it on. It also serves to protect your rims from kerb rashes as well.
